  • If you do not see the order number, enter the order number to conduct a search in the column labeled Rainier Order #. See video below for reference.
  • Please send an email to customer service.
  • Your message must include:
    • Order Number
    • List of products missing from the order
  • A representative will review and follow up with you within 1 business day.
  • Click HERE for detailed steps on reporting damaged products upon delivery.
  • On the login page, locate and click the Forgot Your Password link beneath the email and password fields.
  • Enter the email addressed attached to the account and hit Reset My Password.
  • You will immediately receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  • Click the link to be directed back to the website where you will securely reset your password.

  • Look for the field labeled Ship By located in the Order Information section. This is your estimated ship by date for the order.

    • Line item(s) to be updated and details requested changes
  • A customer service representative will follow up with you within 1 business day.
  • **Please Note**Updating an order after it has been submitted is possible but will delay production, the ship date, and ultimately the delivery of your order.
  • Configure your awning or screen has you usually would but be sure to select a fabric that is the same WIDTH as the fabric you wish to set in its place.
  • Make a note within the order comments box at checkout:
    • Example: Please change fabric on Screen #1 to Suntex 95 White/Grey
  • A customer service representative will address your request and follow up to confirm the update has been made.
